Mr. and MISS DeltaFest

Dear Parents and/or Guardians,

Hello again. As we continue striving to make our city's youth experience the best, the City of Monroe's Department of Community Affairs presents its 6th Annual Little Mr. & Little Miss DeltaFest competition. This competition is open to all youth residing in the City of Monroe as well as the Parish of Ouachita.

Qualifications are as follow:

Ages 5- 13, minimum grade point average of 2.0, and a letter of recommendation from Teachers, Principals, Pastors, Youth Leaders, etc.

There is a $10.00 NON-REFUNDABLE REGISTRATION FEE. Only cashier's checks or money

orders will be accepted and should be made payable to the City of Monroe. Your registration information may be picked up at any Community Center. Registration form, permission slip, photo, and biography form are all to be turned in along with your registration fee. This information can be dropped off at any one of the Community Centers
