The NELA Celtic Festival is now part of DELTAFEST and brings 4 DAYS of LIVE OUTDOOR MUSIC. Have fun jamming to Irish, Cajun, Rock, Blues, Gospel, R&B & more from some of your favorite national, regional, and local bands. Performers include: Cleghorn Celtic Rock Band, The Northeast Louisiana All-Star Revue, Mairtin De Cogain, Legacy Irish Band, Doug Duffey, The Downtown Wigs, The Vidrines, The Jackson Irish Dancers, Anthem, The Red River Pipes and Drums and many more!

Featuring thrilling CARNIVAL RIDES by Mitchell Brothers Amusements, Face Painting, Remote Control Vehicle Demonstrations, Obstacle Course, Jumpers, ULM Children’s Musical, First Tee Golf, O.K. DELTAFEST GOLF SPECIAL

Each paid round of Golf at Chennault Golf Course between April 17 - 27 includes a general admission ticket to one of the major concerts of your choice, while tickets last. Weekday Rounds Tuesday - Friday ($35); and, Weekend Rounds Saturday - Sunday ($45).

Little Miss and Mr. DeltaFest 2012 Contest

The City of Monroe is proud to announce the 2012 Little Miss and Mr. DeltaFest Contest is underway. Your child, grandchild, niece or nephew could be the next Little Miss or Mr. DeltaFest! The 2012 Little Miss and Mr. DeltaFest will be announced on the DeltaFest Heritage Stage Saturday, April 28, at the Monroe Civic Center. Little Miss and Mr. DeltaFest will serve as mini-ambassadors for the City of Monroe--making public appearances, participating in parades and other fun events. Registration forms can be picked up at any City of Monroe Community Center or you can fill it out here online. The deadline for entries is Friday, March 9, 2012.
